Our Social Work Support services may be what you have been looking for! Meet with one of our Registered Social Workers (RSW) to receive support navigating systems and have an advocate at your side. A key component of social work practice is empowering people to navigate systems with confidence. Receive nonjudgmental support while filling out forms and advocating for your healthcare rights.
Note: This is not a therapy or legal service.
Price:
$50/hour
Social Work support services are available to community members at a rate of $50/hour, which can be billed in increments of 30 minutes to reduce cost for shorter appointments. Our Social Workers will meet with you to discuss your needs and create a tailored plan through a collaborative process. There may be times when a social worker can attend an in-person appointment with you, provided there is a social worker available in your desired location (Additional fees may apply).
